AMRON is on a mission to relate to others' needs by using recovery coaching as a model to empower and relate to the experience of the people we serve. Amron International Organization (AIO) was founded by Reverend Doctor Norma J. Heath in March 2016, born out of her personal journey through dual diagnosis, trauma, and homelessness, coupled with her unwavering dedication to service. AIO is committed to transforming mental health and addiction recovery by offering individualized, non-clinical, and peer-led recovery coaching. Recognizing the shortcomings of traditional clinical models, AIO expands its mission globally, providing compassionate, culturally-sensitive recovery services for adults aged 18-80. Our approach prioritizes the unique needs of each client, focusing on harm reduction, goal setting, and community reintegration, ensuring that individuals at any stage of recovery receive the support they need to rebuild their lives.
We fight the stigma that outcasts people who suffer from addiction and/or mental illness that society has deemed incompetent. AMRON aims to provide compassionate and tailored Recovery Coaching and Peer Support to those inflicted with traumas of homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness, sexual abuse, suicide, prison, domestic violence, stigma, and more. Our focus is to provide one-on-one and group support to peers, to complement their treatment.
